Reset your DNS back to Obtain Automatically (DHCP), or back to a static IP address of your choosing by going to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections. Run the following command and press Enter. If done incorrectly, or only partially, this could result in not being able to reinstall the Roaming Client successfully. This method involves manually deleting the Umbrella roaming client service and deleting all of the folders/files. This method should only be used if the previous methods have failed. If you don't have the original Setup.msi file used for the original installation, contact support and we can provide the exact version. Type the following, replacing "\Path\to\" with the actual path to the Setup.msi file, and press Enter. Note: Some deployments include the option to hide the Umbrella roaming client from the Add/Remove programs list.
